Experiencing White Night

I have never attended or experienced anything like White Night. I was drawn to the Treasury Gardens where the majority of installations aimed to engage our sensory realms through interactive

White Night Re-imagined, this year, aimed to play with the senses of touch, smell, sound, taste and sight. A lot of art installation went to very different areas, looking at how they could push the limits of what people could interpret.

Here is the link to the arts that you can hear in the back of the video:

When standing in this installation, Cluster, you were of everything around you, the scent of the steam, the lights to dancing around you, and the heavy base pulsing through you body, made the installation seem separate to the rest of the world. A very different feel to most of the installations.

Smaller art installations were part of the garden too, allowing for people to wander around and experience different types of art without the need to wait in lines for hours just to see one exhibit.

If you have the chance to go to any of the White Night events, the Ballarat White Night is still coming up, try to attend. This is a good opportunity to experience different type of art exhibits, and creates a very interesting experience and is always fun to attend with a friend.

  1. Woah! I’m enjoying the template/theme of
this website. It can simple, yet effective. The lot of
times it iis quite hard to get of which “perfect balance” between excdeptional usability and visual charm.
I must say you might have done a very great job using this.
